First time and it was EXCEPTIONAL! Calamari was delicious and flavorful The ambiance was BEAUTIFUL! Love the piano playing and the surroundings inside was just super nice. Courtney our waitress was SUPERB! Very patient with me ordering as I wanted to taste everything! All the staff was very welcoming from the moment we walked in and sat down! A MUST go to place if your traveling through graham! Beef stew soup was hands down the BEST ever! Italian chopped salad was fresh fresh!’ As my kids would say when we ask if something is really good “say less” meaning the pizza was INCREDIBLE!!
Oh my Lord! It's not often that I am at a loss for words . But let me tell you about this establishment and the staff in it. First of all I have pictures to show but as for a testimony I have that also. Brickhouse Pizza does not even get close to the atmosphere you will see when you walk in. From the warm smiles at the front door ( thanks Bob Hart ), to the Yamaha baby grand piano in the center of the place! It's exquisite ambiance is something to behold. I saw a guy in the kitchen actually throwing the pizza dough in the air to make the crust. He obviously knew what he was doing. They're bar is crazy cool with ornate woodwork. There are chandeliers everywhere! Oh yeah, the pizza is to die for, and the ravioli, and the spaghetti, and the lasagna! Crazy enough, the tea is special also! The sweet tea I believe was sweetened with a fruity taste, and with a line it was awesome! I cannot say enough about the service the atmosphere the warm feeling of a sincere group of people wanting to make sure that you have a great time and are fed well! I will be back and bring as many friends and tell his many friends as I possibly can! Thank you so much Brickhouse staff for a wonderful experience!
Met family here for lunch on Saturday. I had a Deschutes Black Butte Porter and a Meat Lover’s Pizza. They had a fantastic cocktail menu, although I didn’t go that deep at lunch. The dining room has a great vintage vibe, and we were serenaded by a talented piano player as we ate.
I have found my new go-to for Graham TX! Great service from each of these young ladies! Manager on site was extremely friendly and always made it a point to ensure we were doing alright. Recommend and going again tonight.
Wonderful addition to our town! Everyone at our table enjoyed their plates. The Brickhouse Italian sub was the table favorite, especially the chips! Second favorite was the Italian wedding soup. Packed with flavor! Pizza was good. Ingredients were great. Flavor was on point. The table was 50/50 on crust. Depends on personal preferences... I hope they continue to provide the same quality food and service as they did for us today. (12/02/23... Saturday 1:00 p.m.)
Brickhouse is shockingly good for a small town. It's more like something you'd expect in Ft Worth or Austin. We've been here multiple times and have enjoyed the food thoroughly. There is so much to choose from and everything we have tried has been outstanding. The atmosphere is upscale but not snooty. There is often live music from the baby grand piano that is the centerpiece of the dining room. The owner, Bob Hart, is usually working the floor, bringing a warm personal touch. We're really proud to have a restaurant of this caliber in our town!
The service was absolutely amazing, our waitress Megan was the sweetest and made sure to keep checking in every now and then. There was even a live pianist and he was wonderful! Overall great experience and delicious food! Definitely recommend the breadsticks and the Margherita pizza!
We celebrated my wife's birthday. We ate Spicy Italian Sausage Lasagna, house salad & homemade loaf of bread. We enjoyed our meal. The NY Cheesecake with fresh strawberry topics was so delicious.
